Vice President, National Home Visiting
Kelly Woodlock oversees the design, delivery and evaluation of the Ounce’s learning systems and structures related to home visiting and family support. Her work spans multiple platforms and geographies including Illinois, Washington State, the National Home Visiting Summit and other emerging areas in the national home visiting space.
Previously, Kelly served as the director of the Ounce Institute, overseeing program support through professional development for Illinois’ home visiting programs. Her areas of expertise include home visiting systems, early child development, infant and early childhood mental health, and home visiting professional development.
Kelly holds a master’s degree in early childhood development from the Erikson Institute.
