The Ounce and Pearachute share an audience that includes moms and families. Working together, we increased awareness of, and interest in, both brands by providing valuable information and offers. The initial promotion allows families to access a $39 Pearachute 3-Class Pass for just $1 when they made a donation of $20 or more to the Ounce. The promotion is offered as part of our #GivingTuesday initiative. The partnership will continue as the Ounce provides expert content to reinforce the developmental benefits to children who participate in Pearachute-offered activities. This neighborhood gem is a destination location for young families. When Melissa Salvatore (the owner of both businesses) became aware of the Ounce, she instantly knew that she wanted to let her clients know about the organization. She believed that they, too, would be interested in the Ounce’s expertise on early childhood, and be motivated to support the work. Together, the Ounce and A Little Photo Studio hosted an evening event for Melissa’s customers and neighbors to mingle and learn. Melissa offered attendees and others in her network a discount on photo package orders made during the month of May, then contributed a percentage of each order back to the Ounce. When we met Bump Club and Beyond, we knew that there was great synergy between our two organizations: reaching moms is a priority for both of us.
