The Summit will consist of three days including:
- Capitol Hill Visits & Communities of Practice (Day 1)
- Poster Presentation and Reception (Day 1)
- Continental breakfast and lunch (Day 2 & 3)
- Workshop sessions & Plenary sessions (Day 2 & 3)
- Early Registration Fee: $340
Early registration will be open in April. All attendees who register during this time are required to pay at the time of registration or within 30-days of completing registration. If payment is not provided to the Ounce of Prevention Fund within the time allotted, the attendee will be notified and the outstanding balance will be increased to the general attendee rate of $380. Accepted workshop and poster presenters that previously completed registration, you will have the difference refunded.

Registration fees can be paid via credit card, check or purchase order. Credit card payments should be paid at the time of registration. Payments made by check or purchase order can be processed by selecting the ‘Bill Me Later’ option when registering, instructions for completing payment are contained in the attendee confirmation email.
Bill me later attendees have 30-days to complete payment for the Summit or provide us with an explanation for extending the due date (i.e. waiting for new fiscal year). Written payment explanations should be made within 30-days of registration and should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All registration cancellations must be received via email to email@example.com. There will be a $60 processing fee to cancel registration. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after January 10, 2020. Credits will not be issued for future events. No refunds shall me made for cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds in case of emergency, if an attendee is unable to attend the conference based on serious illness or death (of self or a family member), a full refund will be issued.
If you are unable to attend the National Home Visiting Summit, you may transfer your registration to another person. Email the email the event team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants.
